SCR denitration process of sintering machine flue gas at medium and low temperature

Technical route 1: Semi-dry/dry desulfurization + medium and low temperature SCR denitration

  The technology route is desulfurization followed by denitration. The flue gas out of sintering machine outlet is first subjected to electrical precipitation and semi-dry/dry desulfurization, then enters into rotary GGH, and it experiences afterburning in blast furnace gas burner, being heated to activity temperature and then enters the denitration SCR reactor, accomplishing the predetermined denitration process and the denitrated clean flue gas goes into rotary GGH again transferring heat to the initial low-temperature flue gas and is finally discharged to chimney by induced draft fan.

Technical route 2: Medium and high temperature SCR denitration + wet desulfurization

  The technology route is denitration followed by desulfurization. The flue gas out of sintering machine outlet is electrically dedusted and goes into rotary GGH and it experiences afterburning in blast furnace gas burner, being heated to activity temperature, then enters into the denitration SCR reactor, accomplishing the predetermined denitration process and the denitrated flue gas enters the rotary GGH again transferring heat to the initial low-temperature flue gas and then goes to wet desulfurization process to complete the predetermined desulfurization and the desulfurized clean flue gas is finally discharged directly into the atmosphere.

Technical route 3: Wet desulfurization + condensation dedusting and defogging device (or wet electric dedusting) + medium and low temperature SCR denitration

  The technology route is desulfurization followed by denitration. The flue gas out of sintering machine outlet is subjected to electric precipitation, wet desulfurization, and condensation dedusting and defogging (or wet electric precipitation), and then goes into rotary GGH, and it experiences afterburning in blast furnace gas burner, being heated to activity temperature and then enters into the denitration SCR reactor accomplishing the denitration process and the denitrated flue gas goes into the rotary GGH again transferring heat to the initial low-temperature flue gas. The denitrated flue gas out of the outlet of the GGH is not less than 90 ℃, 15-20 ℃ above the dew point of flue gas to prevent the chimney rain and white smoke trailing phenomenon. The purified flue gas is discharged to the chimney by induced draft fan.
