Project summary

  As environmental emissions standards become more and more strict and with national ever-increasing strength on pollution control, sintering machine flue gas emission standard has been revised in order to reduce the emissions of harmful materials such as sintering machine flue gases of SO2 and NOX, to meet environmental protection requirements, to better improve the quality of atmospheric environment, Tangshan Songting Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has built a set of flue gas denitration device for its sintering machine of annual capacity of 198M2, which adopts a purification process using GGH + medium and low temperature SCR denitration + GGH technology.

2.  Hebei Anfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

Anfeng sintering machine flue gas desulfurization and denitration project overview

  In order to reduce industrial exhaust emissions and better improve the quality of atmospheric environment, Hebei Anfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has built two sets of flue gas desulfurization and denitration devices for its sintering machines with an annual output of 2×180M2. The purification process adopts CFB semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal + medium and high temperature SCR denitration technology.

  The flue gas of sintering machine of Hebei Anfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd first passes through electric precipitation unit, then enters into CFB semi-dry desulfurization process to remove sulfur dioxide and particulate matter in it, and then goes through medium and high temperature SCR denitration process to remove nitrogen oxides in it. In working conditions. A single set of 180M2 sintering machine has flue gas volume of 100×104 M3 / H, flue gas temperature of 100-110℃, NOX of 300 MG/NM3, SO2 of 1000 MG/NM at maximum and dust of 50 MG/NM3. After purification by desulfurization and denitration process, the emission concentration of flue gas reaches 10 MG/NM3 for particulate matter, 50 MG/NM3 for NOX, and 30MG/NM3 for SO2, meeting the special emission limit requirements in the "Sintered Pellets Industrial Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB28662-2012 amendment).


3.Qinhuangdao Hongxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

Overview of the Hongxing sintering machine flue gas desulfurization and denitration project

  In order to better protect the environment and improve the air quality, Qinhuangdao Hongxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has built a set of flue gas desulfurization and denitration device for the company's 180M2 sintering machine. The purification process adopts SDA semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal + medium and low temperature SCR denitration technology. The flue gas of sintering machine of the company first passes through electric precipitation unit, then enters into SDA semi-dry desulfurization process to remove sulfur dioxide and particulate matter in it, and then goes through medium and low temperature SCR denitration process to remove nitrogen oxides in it. In working condition, the sintering machine has flue gas volume of 78×104 M3 / H, flue gas temperature of 100-200℃, NOX of 280-330MG/NM3, main component SO2 of 1500MG/NM3, dust of 60 MG/NM3.

  After purification by denitration process, the concentration of flue gas emission reached 10MG/NM3 for particulate matter, not more than 50MG/NM3 for NOX, and not bigger than 35MG/NM3 for SO2, meeting the special emission limit requirements in the "Sintered Pellets Industrial Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB28662-2012 amendment).
