Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co.,Ltd. has 2 coke furnaces, the capacity of which is 800,000 tons/year for the first phase, which is equipped with a set of desulfurization, denitration and dust removal device. It is required that NOX is no more than 100 MG/NM3, SO2 is no more than 30 MG/NM3 and dust concentration is no more than 15 MG/NM3 in the flue gas after purification.
Construction scale
SDS dry desulfurization + medium and low temperature denitration of 800,000 tons/year of coke oven flue gas (BOT).

Project description
Shanxi Dongyi Coal Power and Aluminum Group Coal Chemicals Co., Ltd. has 2 coke ovens, which are 5.5M stamp-charging ones with capacity of 1.2 million tons/year. It is equipped with a set of desulfurization and denitration device. It is required that NOX is no more than 150 MG/NM3, SO2 is no more than 30 MG/NM3 and dust concentration is no more than 15 MG/NM3 in the flue gas after purification.

Project description
Shanxi Meijin Coal Coking Co., Ltd.’s project of 1 million tons/year medium and low temperature denitration of coke oven flue gas adopts medium and low temperature SCR (selective catalytic reduction) denitration process and the two ovens share a set of SCR denitration reaction tower equipment (four coke ovens in total).The designed discharge concentration at the outlet is less than 100MG/M3.

It is required that NOX is no more than 150 MG/NM3, SO2 is no more than 30 MG/NM3 and dust concentration is no more than 15 MG/NM3 in the flue gas after purification.
